Thank you to Jason (our driver) and Alex of Preferred Limo. What great customer service. Since there was only 4 of us wanting to go Napa wine tour for the evening I chose the Lincoln Town Car Sedan and not the big limo. Great choice. Jason was very nice and accomodating.

"Completely recommend."

I recently used this service for a wine tasting tour in Napa for my girlfriend (now fiancee). This was going to be the day I proposed to my girlfriend so I wanted to make sure everything was done right. Alex (the driver) was fantastic. Alex went out of his way to make sure it was a special day. He was on time (early actually) in picking us up. The limo was sparkling clean . It matched the car on the website as dispatcher promiced it would. Full bar, bottle of champagne, soft drinks and bottles of water were waiting for us. Alex just went out of his way to provide VIP service to us. All of the wineries we went to (Kelham, Del Dotto, Frias) all knew Alex and treated us great. He made sure to let them know we just got engaged and even got us some deals.

"Great time with Preferred"

My family had a great time with Preferred Limo in Sonoma last weekend. Our driver was very polite and professional. Limo was super clean, and was cleaned during each stop. Limo was fully stocked with soft drinks and alcohol. Driving was smooth and enjoyable. We visited 4 wineries during 6 hours wine tour and liked every minute of it. Would definitely rent Preferred Limo again for a wine tour.

My boyfriend and I took the wine tour with Preferred Limo on Sunday, February, 5th. I've taken many wine tours over the years and this was by far the very best one. The pick-up was right on time, the limo was clean, safe and fun and allen, our chauffer, was outstanding. He knew everything about the history of wine in the Napa Valley, talked with experience about the different varieties of wine, answered all of our questions, had a great personality and made accomodations for time on the tour. We even had a fun off-road event in one of the vineyards. I will recommend Preferred Limo to all my friends for a fabulous, fun, educational and relaxing experience.

"Amazing tour"

Our first wine tour and it was so worth it! I definitely recommend Preferred Limo wine tour to all wine knowledgable challenged visitors. We have loved wine for years but never took a limo tour, and it was so convenient and breathtaking that I will never see wine the same. I have come to admire the wineries and wine makers, what a gift! Preferred Limo made it so easy. Picking us up at the Embassy Suites in Napa, promptly at 10 am. Allen was our driver and right away I knew this was going to be grand! He was welcoming with a smile and a quick joke. Our first stop was Domaine Chandon which was my favorite from all the stops. We bought some wine and definitely enjoyed the tour. Walking through the vineyard was an amazing feeling, makes you want to just stay and admire all that is given to us. We kept on thinking how peole would be able to drive after visiting wineries.....so much that we were tipsy. I supposed we were the smart ones( yes im talking to all of you that drink and drive, DO This Tour instead) . We finished the tour at Cake Bread which was our second favorite. We went home with bottles of wine and definitely a admiration to wine making. Thank you Preferred Limo. Thank you Allen!!!! By the way lunch from Oakville Grocery was sensible and delicious. We can't wait to do it again, we actually will come back for a fourth of July gathering with family and we will be booking a trip for the entire family in early August with Preferred Limo in Sonoma! We will be celebrating my brothers 35 bday and aunts 50 bday. Can't wait.

"Best wine tour!!"

My cousins, my daughter and I all completely enjoyed our Preferred Limo wine Tour. From the moment we were picked up in a luxury limo to the moment we were dropped off we had nothing but fun. Our driver, David, was our tour leader and he was unbelievably knowledgeable and charming as well. He knew the history, current state of wine production, local vineyards and was willing to answer any questions. The day was filled with interesting facts and stories about wine and the vineyards we visited. David would have no problem driving a group of novices or wine experts. Lunch in one of the vineyards was delicious and a pleasant break from touring. Last but not least of course were the wonderful vineyards that we visited. Lovely wine and great people . If you want a special day and you like wine this is it!!

"looking for a no hassle wine tour, book Preferred..."

Delivered as promised! Used their service for the 6 hr wine tour of Napa. Alex was helpful in setting the arrangements by picking the wineries and including the limo with a fully stocked bar and a bottle of bubbly for the ride up. Sam, our driver, was courteous and helpful with his knowledge of the wineries history and specialties. He did not complain about the mess we made in the limo, which was cleaned up after each stop. By the third winery our group of 9 was "happily buzzed" so the "tastings" became more of a wine crawl. No worries though, Sam treated us with respect and agreed to keep the party going by extending the trip 3hrs longer. If you are looking for a no hassle wine tour, then you cannot go wrong with Preferred Limo

"One of the nicest limo service"

We recently used Preferred Limo for a trip to Napa Wine country! They were absolutely wonderful to work with. We actually called them from Atlanta on route to San Francisco at 7:30 am WST. Melanie (the dispatcher) got us completely set up during our flight to San Francisco. We arrived with a limo picking us up in style and drove us promptly to the magical lands of Napa Valley! This limo service is one of the nicest, most dependable and responsive limo companies I have ever experienced! In fact we were so impressed with the service that we called them the next day to take a group of us to dinner! Want to go first class with a professional limo company use Preferred Limo!

I planned a surprise trip to Napa for our 10th anniversary. I was referred to Preferred Limo from the hotel I had booked and it was one of the best referrals I have ever been given. We had a wine tour scheduled for the day with Alex who was hands down one of the nicest people we have ever met. His knowledge of the region was vast and his professionalism was exceptional. My girlfriend and I decided to go on a wine tour while we were vacationing in the San Francisco area, and I am so happy we went with Preferred Limo. Jason was our driver and he was excellent. His personality was very refreshing and he made the tour all about what the customers wanted. Jason took us out to a local sandwich place that had delicious sandwiches. It never felt like we were being driven by a stranger, but felt like we were on a trip with a knowledgeable friend. Jason grew up in the Napa area and taught as a professor at Sonoma State University, so he can answer any questions you may have about the area. This was our first wine tour/tasting we have been on and we didn't know what to expect, but I am so glad we did it and we recommend a wine tour with Preferred Limo to anyone considering going on one. You do not need to know anything about wine to go on this, Jason made us feel comfortable the whole time despite us not knowing very much about wine. Overall an excellent experience and I recommend this to everyone!

Had the pleasure of taking a Napa wine tour with Preferred Limo to celebrate a friend's birthday. Pleasing a car full of increasingly tipsy couples is no small feat and Sam did it with absolute ease. From the moment we approached our beautiful stretch limo well stocked with ice, water bottles, visky, vodka and champagne, we were treated like royalty. Not only was AJ extremely courteous and accommodating, he had a great knowledge of the wineries and was able to offer a plethora of helpful advice along the way. While down visiting friends in the San Francisco area in early January, we booked a wine tour in Napa and Sonoma with Preferre Limo. They are friendly and very knowledgeable about the area vineyards. It was a wonderful day of visiting vineyards.We had lunch in the vineyard with an outdoor tasting patio a top a hill with a grand views of rolling hills. We finished the tour with a stop at the Jacuzzi winery in Sonoma for an olive tasting .The perfect finish on the day. I highly recommend their services.
